He took Shi Zhuo, an imperial general who seized the throne, as a role model young in life. He spent his first quarter million years or so getting a Changchun Chibi Academy degree in tactics and strategy and was top in his class. The second was a young chibi named Dalian Jiang. His family connections helped him receive a Kapitan post in the Chibi Gov of Tam Rakata, who was later succeeded by Zhao Yuanzhi. With his government taxes he created a hidden testbed facility where the Cleavers were created. He became a popular Baron under Zhao Yuanzhi. When the murder of Zhao Yuanzhi happened, Dhanbad Hai disabled Takeshi and Keriske and received the approval of Zhao Yuanzhi to take the emperorship. He has held this through 3 successive govts. and has survived over 9,000 assassination attempts. He rules Han China as his fief, with the exception of Manchuria, ruled by Dalian Jiang, whom he had met in the Changchun Chibi Academy.

He is usually a quiet chibi, who spars with instructors and hopeful assassins to let off adrenaline. He has killed over 500 assassins in this manner. He is gifted at public speaking and is unusually philanthropic for a chibi, both of which helped the acceptance of his emperorship. His only real wish is to help the Grand Chibidom, which he has done well, the best emperor since Mr. Josef, great-great-great-great-great-great-great-great-grandson of Nazgareth, the last of his line to occupy the throne before the Mangani Revolution.

History Dalian Jiang was born in Tianjin, China, and from when he was young held a fascination for aircraft. By the age of 100,000 he could name the specifications for every aircraft in the Chibidom Air Forces. He got a degree in tactics and strategy from the Changchun Chibi Academy, being second in his class behind Dhanbad Hai. The two of them went into the Chibi Govt. together as military Kapitans under Tam Rakata. Dalian Jiang gained a reputation as the behind-the-scenes worker who helped the inspirational speaker Dhanbad Hai. Jiang also was a bit of an operator who could get you anything for a price. During his service under Zhao Yuanzhi, he obtained a cheeb foundry somewhere and designed the well crafted blue cheebs. He also created a new series of aircraft that easily surpassed their predecessors and started to mass produce them in his fief of Manchuria.

Personality Dalian Jiang is the sort of chibi who exudes a quiet power and doesn't need to talk much. He used to work behind the scenes for Dhanbad Hai, but opposed some of his revolutionary ideas such as the attack on Cambaluc. If he had done this, he may have been co-emperor with Dhanbad Hai. Jiang is happy where he is at the rank of king (now governor in the 4th govt.) and steadily advancing up the ranks. He is also very secretive and few beside Dhanbad and his friend Kaitan Atreides know much about him
