Dhanbad Hai - The emperor. A good, extremely clever warrior. He works for one thing: the Grand Chibidom. He will do whatever it takes to make it better. Although this seems very odd for a chibi to be so noble, it’s all he has in his life. It gets him a lot of money. With this money, he generally uses his tactical skills and conquers more land for the Grand Chibidoms. He likes commanding troops as well.

Yangon-A shogun. He likes commando fighting and fighting in general. He is an extremely talented guerilla warrior and he can lead troops fairly well. He studies maps a lot, and knows every area of the Grand Chibidom and its strategic importance.

Benghazi- He is a shogun. All information says he is a good general and fighter. He has a good and hard to penetrate secrecy network. He is a Libyan and has a large pirate fleet.

Luzon - A good friend of the Cerantine nations. He is in the Government with a strong position. He doesn't do much in the Government except polish up laws that are bad. He has his position because he is a powerful warrior and owns a lot of land. He is a war chibi and is based in the Philippines.

Black feather- Talented warrior. A vizier in the Chibi Government. He leads many guerilla operations to protect the Grand Chibidom from large forces. He gained his position quickly because he really believes in having a good Grand Chibidom and he constantly fights with all he has for the Grand Chibidom.

Surabaya- So far we know he is a good pirate based in Java. He is a decent friend of Sarawak, and we have trading with him. There isn't much to know about him. He gained his position in the Chibani Government because he was there from the beginning-- During the Age of Sand he was an ally of the first chibi emperor, Pharsalus (the city was named after him; he was the great-great-great-grandson of Nazgareth god of sand.)

Dalian Jiang- Information is little known. An ally of the Red Duke, and a good tactician. He has a cheeb foundry with an undisclosed location, and is very secretive. He has a large air force.

Cordillo-Treacherous knight of symmetry. He commands quite a bit of territory, and always pays his taxes on time for Dhanbad Hai. He quickly gained his position in the Chibi Government by doing tasks for Dhanbad Hai that required extreme naval skill when Jarl Tyr was busy.

Deylep- The sort of guy who wears sunglasses, wears a suit and carries a pistol. He also kills people with sharpened paper airplanes. He is the meteoric success story of the Fourth, coming from nowhere to take up the post of Governor. He seems to have tech chibis working for him, as is evidenced by his hightech gadgetry. He is being sounded out by Kaitan agents and so far he has been deemed a suitable ally.

Barons and Dukes

Keto- Cossack Extraordinaire. He is a strong warrior based in the Caucasus, and his skills nearly rival Jasper's. Dhanbad Hai gave him the Baron position because although Keto often paid taxes late as a warlord, he always paid a large sum of taxes, equal to the money a Baron is taxed. Dhanbad made this a reality to make sure Keto turned in his taxes on time. He rules Ketograd, a strong citadel.

Jarl Tyr- Good friend of Jeff Shiiste, he is a great Admiral and because of that he is a Baron. He hasn't been in the chibi Government long, but he has made his mark by winning over 30 maritime battles for the Grand Chibidom. He is currently based in greenland, but has had bases in Kiev, the Ob basin, Norway, Sweden, and Iceland.

Joe Billy Bob- A young chibi that was born in the Manga Revolution and joined the Chibi Government as soon as he could. He was slow to go up in rank, but always managed to get taxes and provide some aid to Dhanbad Hai.

Zoli-former TKOS conformist. He was allowed a high rank in the Chibi Government because he is extremely charismatic and is the master of the Grand Chibidom's propaganda. He now does interparty crusades and is one of the few chibis in the chibi gov who is really enthusiastic about the Grand Chibidom.

Barcelos- A soccer Chibi who has been slowly gaining ranks in the Grand Chibidom. He started out as secretary of the assistant to Luzon (when he was a Bashar) and slowly gained ranks until he became a Duke. He is based in Sao Paulo.

Talas- Persian (Achaemenid) chibi. In possession of large amounts of weapon-grade metals like S.S fire steel, lion steel, calphalon, etc. Somehow has contrived to get about double as many Government troops as he should. Allied to Kaitan, appears to have contact with Keto. He has a powerful military; I have no idea how he affords it. Based in Old Elam.

Ypi- Ypi is a random boat chibi who follows the new short-name trend. He wears a very large pirate hat and has a little shipyard in Perth in which he personally builds boats. He managed to reach the position of duke by providing the Grand Chibidom with 1400 new boats, from The viking wolf ships to the imperial Junks.

Joe- Joe is a classic chibi, the younger brother of Joe Billy Bob. His brother put in a voucher for him, and Dhanbad saw him duelling on a ski lift so he hired him. No one knows how he got this high up. He rules a piece of land in Chile, and has trained his alpacas to eat small cheebs.

Kaitan Atreides- Kaitan Security has asked for this information to stay undisclosed.

Juan De Oporto- A nice, Honest Portuguese chibi who has a particular skill with boats. He is an experienced admiral, but he is extremely new to the Grand Chibidom so Dhanbad Hai is waiting for him to further prove himself before he promotes him.

Glune- A one-man team of millions, Glune is hardly chibi. He has millions of clones, and is a formidable foe. He is the Archrival of Amebob Conor. Glune has constantly plagued Cerantine boats that pass through the South Atlantic. Glune gained his position in the Chibi Government because he is many people, and can fight for a real cheap price. He is also irradiated.

Windalo- Windalo is a glazier chibi who puts glass on stuff. He is part of the wave of odd chibis occupying much of the government. He has a droopy mustache he is always trying to make stand straight. He reached his position because he created a 14 story mansion for Dhanbad out of glass, complete with glass furniture and glass circuits.

Kenny- A Canadian chibi ruling western Canada. He came to power by offering Dhanbad Hai destruction of a rebel group preventing Dhanbad Hai from annexing the 42nd Dimension into the Grand Chibidom in exchange for a position in the chibi Government. Dhanbad Hai accepted and Kenny was put in as an Archon and has since gained rank.

KAHLFIN- a chibi who does nothing in the chibi Government except collect taxes. Dhanbad Hai promoted him because KAHLFIN consistently provided the exact amount of taxes needed at the exact moment it was required. He has been in the Chibi Government for quite a long time.

Arahlam- Former Arabian infiltrator, but now he has been widely accepted as an honest member of the chibi gov. He pays all his taxes and has proposed a few beneficial laws.

Counts, Senators, and Bashars

Eiya- A good anti-Judaism Israeli chibi. She is a good speaker, and is known for her inspiring propaganda. She is completely against Israel being a religious nation. She is a Complete nationalist and assistant to Zoli in the Grand Chibidom's News department. She gained her position when Dhanbad Hai realized he lacked charismatic speakers and Articulate Writers. She is a good friend of Jeff Shiiste.

Jeff Shiiste- The information has been requested to not be disclosed by Jeff Shiiste himself.

Chevalios- A crusader chibi and old ally of Jeff Shiiste. He has been loyal to the Grand Chibidom for a long time, but sometimes has trouble collecting taxes, which has stunted his progress in the chibi Government.

Dough- Dough is an odd bald chibi who is a talented sculptor, preferring bread as his medium. He has given many statues to the Chibi Government, and has helped with a few community projects. He pays what he needs to and does his fair share for the Chibi Government.

Jean Marie- Jean Marie is a foolish chibi who got here by bribing officials with pastries. He used to be a King until Dhanbad noticed he didn't do anything so now he is a Count. He provides pastries to the Grand Chibidom.

Quinn Volga- Legendary Field Marshall. Former chibi of Nicholas the wise. She is a strong fighter, and recently got promoted from a general in Grand Chibidom's army into a Bashar in the chibi Government. Later she got promoted into a Senator, where she is now.

Ol' Bessie-Cowboy infiltrator infesting the lower ranks.

Pinhead Larry-Cowboy infiltrator infesting the lower ranks.

Terrible Tom-Cowboy infiltrator infesting the lower ranks.

Amebob Conor-one of the only amebobs on earth, he is extremely Neo-classical chibi who believes in few things and we believe he has one simple word for his philosophy: randomness. He is leader of the Nation of Blorp, which is at a constantly moving location and is currently unknown.

Bandito Ben-Original Cowboy infiltrator, friend of Cordillo and Juan de Oporto. He pays necessary taxes, but doesn't do much else.

Juan- A classic chibi with really weird hair, Juan was a bodyguard for the brothers Joe Billy Bob and Joe, but after millennia of service, he was freed and their combined influence made him a Bashar. Juan is skilled in mining now, and runs the south African mines for the Chibi Gov.

Z!;-He flies war kites. He is very good at flying war kites, and once destroyed 30 of Jasper's SFNs in an hour single handedly. Because of his efforts, he was promoted from foot soldier to Bashar.
